The horizontal measuring machine THV is designed for the calibration and assurance of small dimension gauges. It allows for easy and accurate inspection of plug gauges, ring gauges, screw gauges, test indicators, and dial indicators, as well as the measurement of high-precision machined parts. The built-in opto-electronic measurement system guarantees high accuracy. The required measurement functions can be obtained through a separate display unit or a screen display unit connected to a PC running the Trimos-WinDHI software. The THV can also be used without a measurement system; in that case, electronic probes or dial indicators can be used as the measurement system. The THV is compact and can be easily transported, making it suitable for use as a portable calibration station.
